The Administrative Services Divison is in place to implement and support the policies of the Governing Fire Board and to provide a comprehensive fire and life safety system to the residents and visitors of the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District. This includes strategic planning, fiscal management, union relations, information technology, purchasing, and clerical and financial support services. The goal of the Administrative Division is to gather community feedback, analyze response data, and provide the Administration with the information necessary to develop District Policy.  The Administrative Services Division also acts as the liaison between the District and the County Fire Communications Center.
